We handled this transaction virtually. The time schedule was set pick up Tuesday drop off Thursday. The timetable was maintained. I inquired about the ETA on Thursday and in a couple of hours I got a call from the truck driver Bruce with an ETA and the logistics. Bruce was polite and cordial. Our first experience shipping a vehicle across country. It was a great experience!! No hiccups!! The best!
