I had contracted, and paid a different brokerage firm to transport my vehicle, four days in advance of when the vehicle was ready for pick-up, in order to ensure a timely pick-up of the vehicle. After four days of no transport being assigned, I contacted the broker, and after additional negotiation, agreed to a higher fee to entice a carrier. After two more days of no carrier, M&M contacted me n Saturday evening of a long-weekend. I agreed to have M&M attempt to get my vehicle transported. By Monday morning (a holiday no less), M&M had a committed transport, and my vehicle was loaded on Monday evening, and delivered a few days later. I paid on delivery, no hassles, everything was as agreed. I did obtain a refund from the first broker. M&M is the real deal, no issues to contract with them.
