DO NOT USE!!! Driver never picked up my vehicle. Instead his wife showed up three days after scheduled delivery to drive it 30-50 miles to the pick up point. In-transit was 28 DAYS because he somehow managed to rip the roof off my SUV and smash the windshield. Instead of calling me, he took it to a chop shop that glued it back on, sprayed it with Bondo, and managed to otherwise cause more damage to my vehicle (welding and cigarette burns in carpet, glass from broken windshield in AC system, windshield leaked, etc.). When he dropped off the vehicle 28 days later, he didn't say any more than he didn't know anything. He didn't know why the front seat was full of glass, or why there was trash (empty coffee cups, etc.) in the car, why there were so many more miles on the vehicle than when I surrendered it, why the roof had been painted, and why the windshield was replaced. He actually said that maybe someone had "tampered" with the vehicle while he was parked at a hotel one night! My auto insurance totaled the vehicle and sued company for damages.
