Mariupol Auto Transport has extremely poor customer service. Not only were they late for the pick up date, I had to call them to actually get them to come and pick up my vehicle 2 days after the available pickup date. They never answer the phone or return calls. I have called them over 20 times only to get the answering. They never gave me status on where my vehicle location. As of now its been 19 days since mariupol picked up my vehicle and I have yet to receive any info on its location. So unless you have time to spend wondering if your vehicle is going to be deliver, I truly would not recommend that you use this company.
