I called United Road on a Friday to transport a Jeep from Tennessee to Massachusetts. I was given a 7 day window to arrange, and a 2-3 day estimate of travel time. Monday I received a call that pickup would be on Wednesday, and the Jeep was delivered on Thursday afternoon, earlier than estimated. The driver was courteous, kept me appraised of the Jeep's location, and delivered the Jeep with no damage. I would use this service again.
