Marvel Auto Transport, bid on my U-ship shipment of a Toyota Tundra from Florida to Maine. Marvels price was less than 1/2 the other bids just $501 with tax. They made all sorts of fake stories on the phone about having broken truck that will take 3 months fix. Then a different lie and a different lie. And then a different lady on the phone telling me more lies! In the end Marvel asked to cancel and I refused. About 3 hours later U-Ship automatically cancels my shipment and did nothing for me. I have escalated this problem with U-ship, I just want to be compensated for any difference in shipping cost by either Marvel or UShip. I’ll be writing a BBB report next. Then to collections after I hire a different Transportation Company. If Marvel does not pay, I’ll file a small Claim’s in Maine. I paid have not even received a refund and have to find a new shipping company now! Do not USE Marvel, they are liars and scammers!!
