This not being my first time shipping my vehicle, I was a bit nervous about the whole process from this company. My contact person was Paul H. and he made sure the quote he gave me was pretty much on point. No hidden fees or changes in the amount charged after speaking with the driver, etc. He also made sure I knew before hand what the status of my order was until time of delivery. He also double checked when the drivers dispatcher would contact me for whatever reason, to see if they indeed contacted me with the update of the pick up or drop off. I appreciated this companies staff, in this case Paul H., because he was honest, empathetic, and followed through. I also liked the fact that this company utilizes drivers and dispatchers who are reliable and honest. I would most definitely contact this company again if I needed to. Excellent!!!
