I had the Lexus dealer set up transportation of my vehicle with McNutt. The dealer had used Mcnutt in the past so I assumed it was a trustworthy company. This was my first experience having an automobile transported. I would NEVER recommend McNutt to ANYONE!!!! They never kept me posted on the status of the delivery. I had to do all the calling for an entire week because no one had contacted me after my car had not arrived at the time designated. I found out not only was the car not going to arrive on time but it hadnt even been picked up from the dealer yet!!! I then cancelled and found another company through the Lexus dealer (who by the way is no longer going to use McNutt now either). Now (its Friday) I spent this entire week trying to get my pre-paid money back...WHAT A NIGHTMARE...Never again with McNutt. Hopefully this helps someone decide not to make the same mistake I did.
