Paid Megacity $650 upfront on January 30 to ship vehicle with the agreement that when the cheque for $650 came through to them from the dealership that they would return that money. Dealership cheque to Megacity was cashed by Megacity on Feb 28. I have been trying since that time to have my money returned to no avail. I am being forced now to contact police to issue report of fraud and bring Dave from Megacity to small claims court.
