I had a pretty poor experience dealing with this company. First off they were over aggressive. Jim was the name of the guy helping me once decided he took my credit card number he called me back the next day over aggressive asking me did I still want to ship my car . Like we didn’t agreed on that yesterday when I gave him my credit card number. that same afternoon I responded to him. And I asked to cancel services with the company I just didn’t feel right the next day he started demanding a explanation for cancellation. And I stated it was my right I don’t OWE you anything more than that’s when he went into a rant Over txt messages called me cursed me out then blocked my like a sissy .
