My experience with mercury and phillips transport was good. I always got through to phillips each time that I called them on the phone. The carrier was pretty much on time when he came to my home area to pick up the car and was accomodating in helping to find a suitable location for the pickup. The carrier gave me a pretty accurate estimation of when he expected to be in Texas with the car and on what day my daughter could expect delivery. Communication between my daughter and the carrier was pretty good even though he showed up later than originally discussed. I see no reason not to use this carrier again for future transportation needs

At times, there were communication and/or contact issues with mercury however, particularly during the holiday weekend. That was resolved when the regular work week resumed. The price was right and everything turned out as hoped
