While Mercury wasn't the cheapest quote offered on the internet, I believe they were the most realistic; they simply weren't playing games....Rich Resatka was my customer service rep and he was very diligent in keeping me abreast of the delivery, the process, and so forth. I've used other carriers in the past and none have ever been as professional. The carrier they chose was also very professional.
