I called Rich Friday (Nov. 11, 2011) to arrange transport of my SUV to Austin, TX. Within the hour the transport, NW Express out of Vancouver, WA, was at my house in Seattle. I was still online taking care of billing. The driver had the SUV on the rack in perhaps 10 minutes. The vehicle was delivered in Austin Wednesday (Nov. 16, 2011). The entire shipping was flawless on both ends and everyone was friendly, informative and helpful. Way to go, Mercury, I'd use you again and highly recommend your company. Seems like calling before the weekend is a good time to make the arrangements when the transporters are looking for another load.
