My experience with Mercury auto transport is good overall. Jim Gozde was very courteous and prompt on returning calls. He emailed me multiple times to make sure vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. He also reduced his commission when actual cost of the vehicle transport turned out to be higher than original quote. I highly recommend him. Thank you Jim.
