It took a little longer to get my truck picked up and delivered than originally projected, but Jim explained the process entirely so there were no surprises. The fact is, that is just the nature of this business. Jim Gozde and Mercury Transport were head and shoulders above their competition during the "shopping" process; most of the competition didn't even bother to return calls. My truck arrived in exactly the same condition that it left in; not even dirty! If you plan to ship a vehicle, don't even bother to call anyone else. The only thing I would add is that you have to have a little trust and patience, and I believe Jim would be the first to tell you that. I imagine you can get a more timely delivery if you are in a position to spend three or four times as much, but for those of us that are on a budget, a little patience is rewarded with great customer service, total honesty, and safe delivery of your vehicle when you do business with Mercury.
