Have used Jim and Mercury three times. The pick-ups and deliveries have been on-time and the car in the condition in which it was picked up. For each delivery, Jim has called or e-mailed to follow up to insure that the service was on time and meeting my expectations. In all three cases the cost of the service was the best that I found through competitive shopping.
