My Toyota Camry was picked up from Princeton NJ and delivered to Santa Clara CA on time. I never had to call transport company for an update. They provided an update when Car was in CA, then was provided an update on when car would delivered. Even change in delivery plan was communicated on time. I had very good experience and would use them again.
