The car was picked up at the agreed upon time. The operator kept me informed via email and phone of his
progress and estimated delivery time. The car was delivered in the same condition as when picked up. It was delivered about 40 hours after itwas picked up. I definitely recommend using Mercury and the carrier, Marcus Moran. Excellent, courteous service all around.
