Overall, my experience with Mercury Auto Transport was nearly flawless. My contact person (Tony) was responsive and courteous. He also explained the transport process to me as I had never done something like this before. The vehicle was picked up in CO on the first day it was available and arrived about 2 days later than expected in AK.

I don't typically write reviews online, but in this case, I thought it would be helpful to others who may be apprehensive about transporting a vehicle. Trusting someone to get my car from Colorado to Alaska was a big deal for me. But, I went with my instincts and trusted the professional correspondence (and good reviews) I saw regarding Mercury.

I would certainly use Tony and Mercury Auto in the future.

The actual carrier companies (Ricochet Trucking and Campbell Boyz, respectfully) were also a pleasure to deal with. Though, Campbell Boyz was a little challenging to get in touch with.
