I am personally very pleased with the service. I had my car shipped for the first time and there was no one who I knew had shipped their car before. So, I did all the research and had to totally depend on company's honesty, customer service and my luck. My representative Corry was very courteous and helpful. Answered all the questions and took care of all the issues promptly. They had to change my pick up date like 1 day earlier because of the availability of the carrier in the area. I was at a country side and I understand that. The driver Peter was very nice and friendly. Never questioned how much lbs of stuff I had in my car trunk ( thoughh there was less than 100lbs) on the other hand - he was like put whatever you want, dont worry. My car reached Illinois the second day but because I couldnt reach there till next three days, they kept car in their parking lot and then they droped at my house on my arrival. It was very convenient. To all new users out there.. I chose this company based on the ratings and now i understand why they have 5 starts. Excellent service, customer care and convinience.
