I sent out a generic request to a number of auto transport companies and Mercury was one that responded back quickly.
What we liked about Mercury was not only the price but Jim, our agent at Mercury was very understanding about our situation, taking two cars at different times. He accomodated all our needs without any hassle. The drivers were VERY nice, they brought the cars right to our new front door and in one instance waited for us in order to load the car, as we had run an errand and were running late.
The best part to me was that Jim quickly understood that I am neither a phone person and I am in class all day (no access to pick up cell phone), so he communicated with me through email and text message, which was convenient!
I appreciated that he didn't bother me constantly with calling! He would send an email or I would ask a question via email and he would respond right away, never pester me on the phone.
I would use Mercury again in a heartbeat - much better than we expected!
