The driver did an excellent job.Picked up the vehicle near my home and delivered it in less than 48 hours. The broker was unable to give me a firm price quote and pick up date until 2 days before I needed it shipped creating some anxiety. The original quote was $488,final price $725.Not even close ,but at such a late date had few options. As this was my first experience shipping a car I give the shipper a high mark and the broker a pass. This may be the nature of the business but it was no fun, when you're under the gun and need a car shipped in a limited time frame. Results great, process sucks!!!

Hello Bob, thank you for your honest input. We really want to thank you for your business. We strive to give you the most advance notice and price stability possible, but sometimes we are hostage to the unexpected fluctuations in the free market. Yes, sometimes this process does suck. When we gave you the quote back in June at $488 it was 100% accurate with the lowest rates of the year on this route, but when we actually shipped in August southbound shipping had swelled, which resulted in a final price of $725. As time goes by, the rates on this route will continue to climb by $150 per month approximately until it reaches $1500 around Christmas.
