I heard a lot of "fast-talkers" who contacted me about quotes. Most of them promised things that seemed unreasonable. One broker wanted me to promise to use only them even before I heard from others. Mercury called me back to try to match a price I had been given by another company. They told me that the other company was reputable, but they would like to earn my business. Putting down other companies is unprofessional and this way they communicated respect for their colleagues. I got a driver 1 day before they thought I would be able to - and my daughter got her car early. Jim and the other people were open and honest about how things work. They went the extra mile - I would not hesitate to use them again! Felipe my driver was friendly and honest and he called on the other end to make sure everything went smooth. Thank you Mercury - you helped my family for a reasonable cost.
