Cory Essman, my primary point of contact was fabulous. He understood my need to get the vehicle back soon, within a reasonable budget, and he worked diligently to find a driver. After he found a driver, Cory made sure that I had all of the necessary documents and feedback on the transport company, which put my mind at ease.

We established a pickup date for a Tuesday morning in Montana, but for some reason they were not able to pick-up our vehicle until Wednesday. I was worried that this would shift our timetable for delivery, but that wasn't the case. They had estimated delivery on Thursday or Friday, and it was delivered Thursday evening.

There were plenty of phone calls to the supervisor's (Cindy) cell phone at our college, indicating their location along the way. Cindy did not feel this was necessary but was understanding and appreciative of their attentiveness to their job.

Cindy found the lady to be very friendly and understanding as she looked completely under the vehicle while it was on the trailer.

Overall, we would rate the whole experience as a 5 out of 5. We highly recommend Cory Essman and the transporters.
