I had the good fortune to work with Jim Gozde. From the start he demonstrated a strong knowledge of his business and was able to empathize with our decision making process on our first go-around. The upshot is that although they were a bit more money than one competitor he proved to be less than another, they did exactly what they said at the time he said he would do it. The driver he picked was excellent and ultimately delivered the car damage free and ahead of time. Deal with them in confidence.
