I was very pleased with Mercury Auto Transport. I dealt with Jim Gozde, who was extremely professional. He explained the cost and the breakdown of the cost to ship the vehicle. He explained step by step what needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. We communicated via phone and e-mail. He called several times with updates, once the vehicle was shipped. He provided me with a name of the driver who would deliver the car. My car arrived on a large car transport truck way before I expected it and in perfect condition (just the way I dropped it off)
I want to thank Jim for assisting me during this stressful time. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use your service again when it is time for me to go back home. Again, thank you for the reasonable pricing and the outstanding service,
