This was a good experience. I found some information online about this company, Mercury Auto Transport, and its owner. The owner had been tainted by his involvement with a previous transport company that had gotten into legal trouble, but I found and read his statement about this, which I found credible and made the case that he was more of an innocent bystander than the perpetrator. Based on this, I took the chance and went with Mercury because I found their agent, Rich Resatka, to be more responsive and more honest that some competitors. The bottom line is I got the car shipped on schedule with no issues and at a competitive rate. Rich went the extra mile to make sure they were price competitive and also give me good assurance that my deposit would be returned if anything fell through. I would use this company again.
