This is the only company you need to contact. We had hired another company, who never picked up our car. We had gotten a quote from Mercury but, did not originally choose to use them. I called Roman Franco in a panic since our daughter had to catch a flight. He literally stayed up half of the night trying to find a driver who could pick up the car before her flight. Roman came through when I couldn't get anyone to help. The car was even delivered early. I do not know Roman but, I am forever grateful for everything he did to help. Please be careful who you choose to transport your car. This is the first time we have ever shipped a car. The company that we had originally chosen stole our deposit and never came through. I actually got a call today, ONE WEEK later, that there was a driver to finally pick up the car! Seriously, be very careful who you choose to work with.
