i tried a different company and they did not come through after 28 days. I called Jim with Mercury he was more than willing to help. He told me with a little assistance from me he could get my car out the same day. It was not a large increase in price. He worked directly with the driver and let me talk with the driver to ensure I would not get burnt again. He followed up and kept in touch with me until the car was delivered. The car was delivered within the time promised. It was amazing service and I could reach Jim for updates it was the BEST. I will use them again and would highly recommend this company. Mercury proved there are still people out there that do what they promise. This is a company of integrity.
