Clarence Rene was EXCEPTIONAL!! He made me promises and he delivered!!! The vehicle was picked up on the date promised (a couple hours later than expected but at no fault of the driver), and was delivered a day earlier than promised. The driver was patient and understanding to the fact that he was a bit early and my flight had not arrived yet. I will absolutely use Mercury in the future if I need to transport another vehicle.
