I have shipped two personal vehicles in 2 months and Mercury Auto's Juan Carolos Bonitto (JC) is AWESOME. The first time around he called me back on a holiday weekend. I had calls out to 5 carriers and he was the only one who called me back and..... within 2 hours of my initial call. As this was an urgent matter he relieved my stress and guaranteed he could help me on such short notice. Needless to say that was quite impressive. He is very knowledgeable, caring, courteous, honest. He found excellent carriers both times. This shippers were polite, timely and worked around our personal pick up and delivery shedules at both ends of the shipment. As a bonus, when there was an exceptional rate on the shipping, JC passed that discount onto me. I would HIGHLY recommend JC and Murcury for all your auto shipping needs.
