I was very apprehensive about choosing a transport carrier to transport my new car from San Diego to Maryland. However, Transport Reviews became my safety net in evaluating and selecting Mercury Auto Transport. I had a number of recommendations from the auto dealership where I bought my car but when I checked out their performance on Transport Reviews, I knew I would have to keep looking.

I used the Quote Request website tool and immediately received 20 quotes. As I sifted through all the quotes, I was particularly impressed with the way Jim Gozda described his company's customer focus and how he took pride in his customer satisfaction ratings in Transport Reviews. His quote encouraged me to look at his reviews. When I did, I was impressed with the consistently high marks and satisfaction his company received across the board. But I was also impressed how he compassionately responded to a dissatisfied customer who looked to be unreasonable in his complaint with expectations beyond the agreement. His customer satisfaction ratings and the way he responded to the unhappy customer led me to my decision to use Mercury Auto Transport.

When I first contacted Jim, he told me about the process and fees, and said he would get back to me the next day with a carrier and pick-up time. Two hours later, Jim called me with a carrier name and a pick-up time for the following evening and a delivery time of only 4 days- outstanding when you consider it was traveling clear across the States. And the price was competitive- although not the lowest, he was about 15% lower than the average, while being 30% lower than the high range quotes.

He gave me access to the driver and I remained in contact with Jim and the driver throughout the entire trip- from pick-up to delivery, everything was on time- no surprises.

I could not have asked for a better performing auto transport experience. Having this as my first experience in hiring a company to transport my car, I hit the jackpot and I will look no further the next time I need this service again. I will also provide Mercury Auto Transport and specifically Jim Godza my highest recommendation to anyone else who is in need of these services.
