I was appalled when I found out and saw that Mercury Auto Transport placed my car on the Central Dispatch board without my consent. I've never even talked to them. My only contact with Mercury Auto Transport and Sam G was to obtain a quote, which was given to me via email. I never accepted the quote, never gave them a deposit, nor was I ever a "customer", but this company assigned me an order number and placed my car on Central Dispatch. Doing this made it impossible for me to be helped by other brokers. It was very sneaky and dishonest.
Bill A from Transport Connection was the one who opened my eyes and showed me what Mercury Transport had done. I would never had known that my car was on Central Dispatch without my knowledge and consent without Bill's help. Transport Connection received my business. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else out there. What Mercury Auto Transport did to me is a perfect example of the bad reputation that the Auto Transport industry is known for...Stay away!

Hi Miriam, All of our calls are recorded . Including when you spoke to Sam! . We only list customers that place orders with us! We are easy to get a hold of during normal business hours. Sorry we were not able to help you! Wish you the best of luck .
