My windstar broke down on the south carolina highway while on the way to florida for family vacation/ college viewings. I went online and posted for quote. Matt took the time to call me and knew that i wasnt looking for transport recieving until i got home and as i am a widowed parent of two ,I expressed that I would appreciate if he would start at a lower price first for budget purposes. Matt never once was rude or derrogatory regarding my wishes. He was very professional and worked dilligently throughout my vacation to find a transport. which was harder as the car was nonrunning and he explained not all companies carry non running cars,..each price increval raise was always with my agreement .I am a nurse and never having dealt with this before was very impressed with his knowledge and one on one caring for my situation and needs. He never once acted like a salesmen just trying to push his wares . Matt made sure i had ways to contact him with any questions during my vacation but was never pushy and I didnt feel like I was a number to him. My windstar arrived home from a great company from conneticut whom also had great reviews for Matt calling him by name and saying they were happy to work with him and his company .. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone or to use his company again in the future..
