I had worked with a novice broker who did not know what they were doing and wasted 3 weeks. My deadline to ship was within days and I decided to try another broker. Joel contacted me quickly and several times with very helpful and enlightening information for a first time auto shipper like me. He quickly arranged shipping with Sigma Transporters whose driver, Nick, was great. Everything went off as planned from pickup to drop off. What had been an increasingly stressful experience, ended on a very good note. By the way, this review is unsolicited. I just felt important for others new to shipping that you need to exercise care with your choices.
