Juan is very knowledgeable and is a fast talker. I allowed the quote that they offered to be the one that I went with. This was because I wanted my cars to be picked up on time and delivered on time. I never could get a hold of the carrier that was transporting the cars without getting a hold of Juan first. I never received drivers name and phone #. The driver that picked up the car was not the driver from Washington to Florida. The driver who picked it up was the one that took the cars to a different location. The carrier never called to tell me when the cars (Mitsubishi and Matrix) were going to be delivered or picked up on time. I always had to call first. When Juan put myself, the carrier and Juan on a three way for information the carrier never knew what was going on. He (Nitally, not sure on spelling(carrier) was always unsure of himself. Never could answer a question.

I learned that the carrier's credentials are more important than the broker. You can choose a 5 star broker but if they do not choose a good carrier your up a creek without a paddle. Juan pocketed a great deal of the $1890 by getting a crappy carrier. I would not use Mercury again especially Juan Carlos. A fast talker that will not allow you to get a word in edgewise.

Hi Michael, Your vehicle was picked up on time and delivered within the three day delivery window we provided in the same condition as when it was released. We answered all your calls and tried to do our best to accommodate you. We charged you 100.00 per car . We do our best to try and please everyone .
