I feel that this is very much worth saying, since the average person does not use a transport company every day. Jim Gozode was a God sent individual. After just a few minutes of conversation, I felt that I was talking to an old friend. He explained the process to me and went right to work. I was never worried, he kept in contact with me, and he followed it to the delivery in my yard. Thanks, Jim, for being a man of your word, and I love my BMW!
