Hi Mike,
Per Sam's email we needed 7 days to get this picked up with the holidays ,and we would be in touch when we secured a driver. You placed your order online on Christmas eve the 24 ,and canceled it the 29. We are sorry we couldn't make this happen for you, and for any lack of communication with the holidays.
