Eric exemplifies the meaning of excellent customer service. He explained the vehicle shipping process, how the industry works and was responsive to all of my questions (even the stupid ones.) This mitigated any unrealistic expectations based on my lack of knowledge. Although the company is based in the eastern time zone, he is physically located on the west coast but responded even to early morning calls- I didn't know he was not based in FL. Mercury is well served by having Eric Rezner as a representative. Originally, I had intended to use another company, based on their high ratings and Yelp reviews but then decided against shipping altogether (because that "highly rated" company didn't return calls) but after having a discussion with Eric, I felt comfortable entrusting my treasured and personalized PT Cruiser to the care of Mercury and it's transporter. The vehicle was picked up and delivered as promised and undamaged. I will not even consider another company or another representative to ship a vehicle. Thank you Mr. Rezner!
