sam gave me a price for an enclosed transport, but didn't schedule a pickup for 2 days. when i said his time was up he scheduled a transport and wanted to charge me $250 more. i said no. he called back a minute later and made it only $50 more. i said yes to keep from having to reinvent the wheel with another broker. the car arrived on an open carrier instead of closed and he did nothing. rip-off!!!

Hi Michael, Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your vehicle was transported on a enclosed truck, and delivered by a roll back so it could be brought to your doorstep.This is not uncommon as the enclosed trucks can be over 100 ft long and can not get into residential areas or areas with low lying trees.. While we are happy your car arrived on time as promised.Sorry we did not meet or beat your expectations. Thank-you. Sincerely, Management
