Late delivery

My car arrived 6 days late and driver never responded to my calls. Driver wouldn't contact me or keep me updated on the transport. Didn't notify me when the vehicle was late (6 days late). There was no communication with me at all. Then driver called me at noon, saying he would deliver car by 9 pm (9 hours later) and never showed up. After numerous calls, and an hour later, the driver said he went to sleep. After telling the driver that I would report my car stolen, he finally said he would meet me the next morning. When he finally arrived, the next morning (6 days after delivery date), the driver would not address me or give me my keys (I am a female), he gave my keys to my brother-in-law. The trucking company was Batista Trucking. Very rude and disrespectful. Never apologized for being late or never contacting me or responding to my calls. I do not recommend this company to anyone and will never use the, again.

Hello April , Thank-you for taking the time to share your experience. Estimated transit time was 7-10 days it took 12. While we are happy your car arrived safe .We are very sorry for the later than estimated delivery , and any lack of communication from the carrier.This carrier had a mechanical issue as well as bad traffic in California. Legally they can only be on the road 8 hours with out resting. Sincerely , Management
