Called one day and car was shipped the next. Joel was very helpful and courteous. He held my car until we got there. The destination pick up was not at best delayed several hours. Finally über delivered us to our car which was parked on the street unlocked with our belongings inside. The car was in good condition. Joel was very apologetic and paid for über. We really had a great vacation largely due to being in the comfort of our own car. I recommend this and will do again. It was cost effective verses renting a car one way to the tune of 50%.
