As expected, I was apprehensive contacting a company or service I was not familiar with, however, everything went according to what I was told and according to schedule. My auto, a 2002 Prowler, was handled with care and arrived in Boston under the care of Rick from JR transport. Kat and Ashley provided excellent customer service on my requested rush pickup in Florida before I left. The car arrived exactly when promised on Thanksgiving Day. This is a company who will respond to your inquiries and call you back if you have questions. Thank you Mercury Auto Transport.
