I contacted Joel 2 weeks prior to my move. He kept in close contact with me, checking in periodically on the progress of the purchase. He was able to schedule my vehicle pickup at the dealer a day early and on a SUNDAY no less! The one issue, beyond anyone's control, was a driveshaft problem on the tractor-trailer. a couple hundred miles south ,from the Atlanta area, the semi had a mechanical failure. It delayed my delivery by only a day and a half at most. Thank you Joel! I will definitely contact you for future hauls
