Joel was very prompt in contacting us and was very polite in initiating the transaction. I had stopped that day at our local Hyundai dealer to get their opinion on carriers and Mercury was the most highly rated. We worked with Joel to get all the final details finalized. The only one that was important to to us was the delivery date as we were going out of town four days after the car was picked up. Man, were we happy when that driver called us up two days later to inform us the car would be delivered in a couple hours. The car was clean, no dents, no scratches so we were very pleased.
On all future needs for transport, Mercury & Joel will be the first call made.
