I was well served by Juan with his knowledge of the industry. I was concerned not fully understanding all that is involved with the shipping of a car from one location to another specially accross country. Juan was very informed and helped me understand the process, what to expect, my responsibilities before during the shipping. I am better prepared for the next shipment of cars if I have to do it again. Thank you Juan for your help as needed. The only thing is that I called him a day after the car arrived to thank him for his help knowledge but have not from here since during the car in route. Thank you I had a good experience.
