After being misled for several days by a competitor, I decided to call Kathy Smyth at Mercury. What a difference! Not only was she upfront and knowledgable, my vehicle was picked up within 48 hrs and delivered 1100 miles within 24 hrs. This was after being lied to by United American Auto Transport for a week. I will always call Kathy and highly recommend her to my customers from now on.
