This is my first auto shipping experience. I chose MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT because of some good reviews and price quote. I entered into contract with them 2 weeks before the pick- up date. They even requested a day ahead before pick up date because the day I requested fell on a Saturday. But still the vehicle was picked up late on a Monday with lots of follow up. Sam Golden keeps on explaining that they don't have any control with the drivers. Another issue was they jacked up the price from their original quote of $400 to $450. He said that he will reverse the excess charges, but did not. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT AUTO if you are looking for a stress free vehicle transfer.
