What impressed me the most about Mercury Transport was their level of communication. Much of our interaction took place over a weekend. Although there were obvious shift changes at Mercury, communication was constant and consistent. I dealt with 3 different Mercury reps and no one dropped the ball. If they left me a message they followed up with another call to be certain I had received their information. My last minute change of pick up date did not phase them. They just dealt with it in a prompt and professional manner.

My sales rep Mike was an exceptional man of integrity and thoroughly explained all procedures and how the "system" works. Consequently there were no surprises.

The driver assigned to my shipment was honest, helpful, friendly, and courteous. He continually called to update me of his progress. He was on time for both pickup and delivery.

I would not hesitate to reccomend or utiliize Mercury Transport again. My shipment took place during winter storms. It would have cost me much more to drive the car cross country myself, to say nothing of weather and time considerations.
