Mr. Sam Golden followed through very quickly to fix a problem that he did not create. At startup there were glitches and delays due to the first assigned driver possibly not having been given accurate information from his company's dispatcher. It took a few tries to meet the driver at a shopping mall parking lot - Saturday evening turned to Monday to Tuesday. Then the driver was unable to fit the car on his nearly full truck, because he had not been informed that the car model came with an extra height. Mr. Golden IMMEDIATELY found another driver, and the new driver showed up exactly on time as promised, on Thursday. The car was delivered to my front gate two day earlier than the original estimated delivery time, which was fine with me. The driver was courteous and he even parked it inside my driveway for me!
